Lunaria support secure FTP using Explicit FTP over TLS.
We don't support plain (unencrypted) or anonymous FTP for security reasons.
We recommend Filezilla FTP client. Please use the following settings:
Protocol: FTP
Host: ftp.yourdomain.com (please note that as of Jan 2021, this will throw a certificate error that you need to acknowledge. There is an open feature request on cPanel to address this.)
Encryption: "Require explicit FTP over TLS"
Logon Type: Ask for Password
user: your cPanel username
pw: your cPanel password

If you require sFTP on port 22, you need to do 2 things:

1. Create a PPK pair in your hosting control panel
2. Contact support to have your IP address added to our SSH allow-list

All other SSH traffic is via the IP allow-list. Connection attempts from IPs not on the list will trigger an IP block.
