If you're unable to load your web site https://www.mydomain.com in your browser, please check the following:

• Can you access the Internet more generally e.g. can your browser load https://www.google.com

If yes, please go to: https://whatsmyip.org, copy the large number with the dots from the top and send an email to: support@lunaria.co.uk. Paste the large number as the text of the email.

We'll check that you haven't triggered a block of some kind in our firewall.

Also, please include the name and version of web browser that you're using e.g.

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Opera
• Edge

If you can load some parts of your web site but not others, please indicate what device you're using:
